Fairy Hair is nothing dramatic. Our tinsel designed to add a subtle sparkle effect. Depending on quantity, color, and lighting, it looks like a sprinkle of colorful dust. The "Sparkling" reflects light giving off tiny iridescent multicolored sparks. "Shiny" reflects natural light.
