Fairy Hair
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship out all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders that are placed on Friday after 12pm EST will be shipped on Monday. Large wholesale orders can take 2-3 days to fulfill.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We use USPS to transport packages. It takes 3 to 5 business days to most states. Delivery times for international orders depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and customs.
Will you give me a tracking number?
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number is generated. We will provide you with this information via email.
Do you ship internationally?

When do I get charged for my order?
Your credit card or PayPal account is charged as soon as you click 'Place Order' during checkout. You will be taken to an order confirmation screen when your order has been completed. You will also receive an automatic email confirming your order.
I sent you an email and did not receive a response.
We respond to absolutely all emails within 24 hours. If you don't see our reply to your inquiry, please check the spam folder. Our response can also hide among hundreds of emails you receive each day, so please make sure to search for "Splash of Fantasy" in your inbox's search field. In rare occasions if you are unable to find that response, email us your phone number and we will reply by text.
What is your Return Policy?

Will Fairy Hair damage my hair?
Fairy Hair will not damage your hair. The installation is as simple as tying a knot and does not require any tools.
How long will Fairy Hair last?
Properly installed, Fairy Hair can last 4-8 weeks or longer and will withstand everyday washing and styling. Everyone normally sheds approximately 50-100 strands per day, so the Fairy Hair will fall when the hair it is tied to falls out naturally.
How do I prepare my hair before fairy hair installation?
It is best if your hair is clean, brushed and free of loose strands, tangles and any styling products.
Looks like my Fairy Hair package has less quantity than advertised.
Please do not try to eyeball the quantity of strands in the package. Our Fairy Hair is thin, just 3 x thicker than human hair and the package may appear smaller. In fact, we always add up to 10 extra strands per color. If in doubt, please count the strands. We guarantee our packages contain more rather than less.
