When will my order ship?

Retail orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays and weekends.

Wholesale orders may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping, depending on order size, color selection, and packaging needs.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and the shipping method you choose.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Carrier delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, customs, and carrier delays may affect delivery time.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to select international destinations. Available countries and shipping options are shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

When do I get charged for my order?

Your payment is charged when you complete checkout. After your order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.

What is your return policy?

Regular-priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, uncut, and in original packaging.

Will Fairy Hair damage my hair?

No. Fairy Hair is tied to a few natural hair strands near the root. It does not require glue, heat, beads, tape, or tools for standard installation.

How long does Fairy Hair last?

Properly installed Fairy Hair can last several weeks or longer. It usually falls out naturally when the hair strand it is tied to sheds.

Longevity depends on hair type, installation, brushing, washing, and everyday care.

Can Fairy Hair be washed and styled?

Yes. Fairy Hair can be washed, blow dried, curled, flat ironed, and cut. Stay within the recommended heat limit for your product.

How do I prepare hair before installation?

Hair should be clean, brushed, and free of heavy styling products. If the hair is very silky or slippery, a little dry shampoo near the root may help the knot grip better.

Why does my package look smaller than expected?

Fairy Hair strands are very fine and lightweight, so a package may look smaller than expected. Our packages are counted carefully, and we usually include a few extra strands to allow for trial and error.

If you believe there is a problem with your package, please contact us before returning it.

What is the difference between Sparkling and Shiny Fairy Hair?

Sparkling Fairy Hair has tiny iridescent flashes and a more glittery, light-catching look.

Shiny Fairy Hair has a smoother, glossier shine with a silky finish.

Which color should I choose?

It depends on the look you want. Lighter shades blend softly into blonde, gray, silver, and highlighted hair. Bright colors create more contrast. Darker shades can look subtle on brunette hair and more dramatic on lighter hair.

How do wholesale orders work?

Send us the colors and quantities you need. Once your wholesale order is prepared, we will send you an invoice. You will complete checkout through Shopify as usual, and Shopify will calculate the available shipping options at checkout.
