We do our best to pack and ship your sparkle quickly, carefully, and with as little shipping confusion as possible.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping, Priority Mail, Express shipping, UPS, and international shipping may have additional charges.

Processing time

Retail orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays and weekends.

Wholesale orders may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping, depending on order size, color selection, and packaging needs.

During busy seasons, sales, holidays, or large order periods, processing may take a little longer. We always try to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and the shipping method you choose.

Because carrier rates can change and may vary by destination, we do not list fixed shipping prices on this page. The most accurate shipping options will always be shown at checkout before you place your order.

U.S. shipping

We ship orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses when supported by the carrier.

Available shipping options may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Standard shipping is usually the most economical option, while faster services may be available at checkout.

International shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Available countries and shipping options are shown at checkout.

International delivery times can vary widely depending on the destination country, customs processing, postal service delays, and local carrier handling.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. They are not guaranteed unless the selected shipping service specifically includes a carrier guarantee.

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, and carrier delays can affect delivery time.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Please allow a little time for tracking to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
